KOREAN BEEF LETTUCE WRAPS with Rice

1 pound lean ground beef

2 garlic cloves, minced
·
1 tablespoon sesame oil
·
1 teaspoon chili powder
·
3 tablespoons brown sugar
·
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
·
1/4 cup soy sauce
·
3 green onions, sliced
·
cooked white rice
·
lettuce leaves
Instructions
In a
large skillet, brown the ground beef and garlic over medium high heat. Reduce
heat to medium. Add the sesame oil, chili powder, brown sugar, ginger and soy
sauce. Simmer for 5-7 minutes. Serve with the rice rolled inside the lettuce
leaves.
