Lemon Zest from one Lemon
2 cloves Garlic crushed

Heat the oven to 425. On a large cookie sheet, toss together broccoli, olive oil, Butter, garlic, Fennel Seed, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Spread into a single layer and pop into the oven for 10 minutes.

Heat the oven to 425. On a large cookie sheet, toss together broccoli, olive oil, Butter, garlic, Fennel Seed, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Spread into a single layer and pop into the oven for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, toss together the shrimp, olive oil, Butter, lemon zest, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl.
When the broccoli’s been in the oven 10 minutes, add the shrimp to the broccoli and toss.
Roast another 10-15 minutes, tossing once halfway through, until the broccoli is tender and golden around the edges.
Garnish with chives

ReplyDeleteThis sounds absolutely delish! We have a great market nearby and I am able to get really fresh seafood. We usually have shrimp about once a month, so I am going to pin this recipe!
